1. Description of Service

Streaking.App is a digital repository dedicated to the preservation of history. The Archive provides a platform for users to upload, view, and discuss historical media and accounts. All services are provided for educational and archival purposes only.

2. User Conduct & Eligibility

By using this Archive, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. You agree NOT to use the Archive to:

Plan, coordinate, or promote any future illegal acts or violations of university conduct codes.
Harass, stalk, or "dox" any individual identified in the historical records.
Upload "Deepfake" or AI-generated synthetic media portrayed as historical fact.
Engage in any activity that disrupts the technical integrity of the Archive.

3. User Submissions & License

When you upload content (photos, videos, or text), you retain your ownership rights. However, by submitting content, you grant Streaking.App a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, cache, store, and display such content in connection with the Archive's mission.

WARRANTY: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, and consents to publish the content you submit, and that such content does not violate the privacy or intellectual property rights of any third party.

4. Copyright & DMCA Policy

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us. We respond to all valid DMCA notices in a timely manner.

5. Limitation of Liability (Section 230)

Streaking.App is a provider of an "interactive computer service" under 47 U.S.C. § 230. As such, we are not the publisher or speaker of any information provided by another information content provider. We are not liable for any user-generated content, including its accuracy, legality, or offensive nature.

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to remove any content or terminate any user account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to the Archive's community or legal standing.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
